Dr. TRACY HARVEY, MD, FACS

Dr. Harvey is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with more than two decades of experience. Dr. Harvey’s practice covers the spectrum of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. His primary surgical interests include breast enhancement or reduction, facial rejuvenation, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, body contouring, and breast reconstruction.

Dr. Harvey graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia with honors in Biochemistry. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Harvey completed residencies in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston. He remained as MUSC faculty with an academic appointment upon completion of his residency and served as Head of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the Medical University from 1995 to 2000. Subsequently, he transitioned to private practice to fulfill his passion for providing personalized, patient-centered care. Dr. Harvey has been selected as one of “The Best Doctors in America” since 2001 and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.

A native Virginian, Dr. Harvey has called Charleston home since 1985. He and his wife and daughter divide their time between Charleston and Edisto Beach, SC. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, fly fishing, downhill skiing, and traveling.
